DMCA Policy

1. Overview

Vox Facta (“the Platform”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on Vox Facta infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated agent containing the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL or other specific location on the Platform.
4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. Such termination is at our sole discretion.

6. Good-Faith Limitation

Please note that misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees incurred by us or our users. Only submit a DMCA takedown notice if you have a good-faith belief that the material infringes your copyright.
