Visit the Vox Facta homepage and click Sign Up. Enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to activate your account.

Yes! Listening is completely free. You can browse, follow creators, react to episodes, and engage with the community at no cost. Optional paid features include Listener Premium ($3.99/month for premium episodes) and Creator Pro ($9.99/month for uploading and monetization).

Explore the Explore page to discover trending episodes, top creators, and curated collections. You can also use the Search to find specific topics, creators, or series.

The Pulse Feed is your personalized audio feed. It recommends episodes based on your listening history, followed creators, and engagement patterns. The more you listen and interact, the better your recommendations become.

Go to your profile page and click Edit Profile. You can update your display name, bio, avatar, banner image, and social links.

On the login page, click Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we'll send a password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour.

Your profile slug (URL) is set when you first create your profile. Contact us at [email protected] if you need to change it.

Go to your account settings and select Delete Account. This action is permanent — your profile, episodes, and data will be removed within 30 days. Any active subscriptions will be cancelled.

Visit any creator's profile and click the Follow button. Their new episodes will appear in your Pulse Feed and you'll receive notifications when they post.

Reactions let you respond to episodes with quick emojis — fire, mind-blown, LOL, and more. Reactions help drive discovery by signaling which episodes resonate with the community.

Click the Save button on any episode to add it to your library. Access your saved episodes from your profile.

Some creators offer premium episodes available exclusively to Listener Premium subscribers ($3.99/month). Premium content is marked with a “Members” badge.

Offline listening is not currently available. All content streams directly through your browser. We're working on offline support for a future update.

Upgrade to Creator Pro ($9.99/month) from your account settings. This unlocks the Creator Studio where you can upload episodes, view analytics, and monetize your content.

We accept MP3, M4A (AAC), WAV, and OGG formats. Maximum file size is 500MB per episode. We recommend MP3 at 128–192kbps for the best balance of quality and file size.

Use Series to group related episodes together. Each series can have multiple seasons. You can also create Collections to curate bundles of your best episodes and series.

Yes! Vox Facta welcomes both human-narrated and AI-narrated content. We ask that you disclose the use of AI narration in your episode description for transparency.

Community posts let you share text updates, polls, and announcements with your followers between episodes. They appear on your creator profile and in your followers' feeds.

From the Creator Studio, select Go Live. You'll need to grant microphone access. Live sessions are broadcast to your followers in real time and can be saved as episodes afterward.

Listeners purchase Verba (our virtual currency) in packs starting at $5.00. They can then tip creators using Verba. Tips range from $1 to $500 per tip.

Verba is Vox Facta's virtual tipping currency. Listeners buy Verba packs and use them to tip creators. Verba are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between accounts except through tipping. The platform sustains itself through the buy/sell spread on Verba purchases.

Creators can set up monthly subscription tiers ($1–$50/month) with exclusive benefits like premium episodes, early access, and community perks. Subscribers are billed monthly through Stripe.

Creators connect a Stripe account through the Creator Studio. Payouts are processed automatically on a rolling basis (typically 2 business days for US accounts). 100% of tips reach the creator — Vox Facta takes no fee on direct tips.

The platform retains a 10% fee on creator subscriptions. Tips are fee-free for creators (the platform earns from the Verba spread). Stripe charges standard processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). See our pricing page for full details.

Go to your account settings and find Manage Subscription. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Try refreshing the page. Make sure your browser isn't blocking autoplay — check your browser's site settings. If the issue persists, try a different browser (we recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).

Check that your file is in a supported format (MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG) and under 500MB. Make sure you have an active Creator Pro subscription. If uploads fail repeatedly, try a smaller file or a different browser.

You'll receive a notification explaining why your content was flagged. Review our content guidelines in the Terms of Service. You can edit the content to comply or contact us to appeal.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Make sure your payment method is up to date. For payout issues, check your Stripe Connect dashboard or contact us for assistance.
