Creator Agreement

1. Eligibility

To participate as a creator on Vox Facta you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age, (b) have a valid Vox Facta account in good standing, and (c) agree to these Creator Terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Content Ownership & Licence

You retain all ownership rights to your original content. By uploading content to the Platform you grant Vox Facta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, distribute, reproduce, and publicly perform your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. This licence terminates when you remove the content, subject to reasonable caching or backup periods.

3. Revenue & Payments

Creators are eligible for revenue sharing through subscriptions, tips (Verba), and ad-supported listening as described in our current monetisation policies. Revenue splits, payout schedules, and minimums are published in the Creator Dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Vox Facta uses Stripe for payment processing; you must maintain a valid connected Stripe account.

4. Content Standards

All creator content must comply with our Terms of Service and the following additional requirements:

You must own or have the necessary rights to all audio, images, and text you upload.
Content must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Content must not contain unlawful, defamatory, or misleading material.
AI-generated or AI-assisted content must be clearly disclosed as such in the episode metadata.

5. Takedowns & Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our policies. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of your creator privileges and/or account. Content may also be removed pursuant to valid DMCA takedown notices.

6. Termination

You may end your participation as a creator at any time by removing your content and deactivating your creator profile. Vox Facta may terminate this agreement for any reason with 30 days’ written notice, except in cases of material breach where immediate termination is warranted.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vox Facta harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content or your breach of these Creator Terms.
